• Interactive element lacks an accessible name, making its purpose unclear to screen reader users.
• Status message lacks appropriate ARIA role to announce updates to screen readers.

• Image lacks alternative text, making its content inaccessible to screen reader users.

• CSS rules show or hide content on :hover or :focus, which may not meet dismissible, hoverable, or persistent requirements.
